Saline Tattoo Lightening & Removal – $150 per session Emergency Saline Removal – $150 Emergency removal is available for very fresh unwanted cosmetic tattoo pigment and must be assessed as soon as possible after the original tattoo procedure. How many sessions may be needed? For clients wanting lightening before new PMU, approximately 1–3 sessions may be enough, depending on the existing pigment and how the skin responds. For clients seeking more complete removal, several sessions may be required and in some cases this may be around 5–7 treatments. Every case is different, so the number of sessions cannot be guaranteed. Tattoo age, pigment colour, depth, saturation, previous treatments and individual skin response all affect the outcome.
