Microblading

What is Microblading?

Microblading is a semi-permanent brow treatment that creates fine, hair-like strokes to enhance your natural brows.

Using a specialised manual hand tool, pigment is carefully implanted into the upper layers of the skin to mimic the appearance of real brow hairs — creating a soft, natural and realistic result rather than a solid block of colour.

Unlike traditional tattooing, microblading is more delicate and works superficially in the skin, which makes it semi-permanent.

Results typically last between 12–18 months, depending on your skin type, lifestyle and aftercare.

How does the process work?

Your brows are carefully mapped and designed to suit your face shape and symmetry

  • The ideal pigment colour is selected based on your skin tone and preferences

  •  A numbing cream is applied to keep you comfortable throughout the treatment

  • Fine, hair-like strokes are created using a manual tool

  • A second pass is done to build depth and ensure even results

The full appointment usually takes around 2–2.5 hours.

Is a touch-up needed?

Yes, a touch-up session is recommended after 4–8 weeks.

This allows us to:

  • Perfect the shape

  • Fill any areas where pigment didn’t retain

  • Adjust colour if needed

What to expect after the treatment

It’s normal for brows to:

  • Appear darker in the first few days

  • Lightly flake during healing

  • Soften in colour after healing

Final results are visible after around 4 weeks.

Who is it suitable for?

Microblading is perfect if you:

  • Have sparse or uneven brows

  • Want more definition and shape

  • Want to reduce daily makeup

  • Prefer a natural, hair-like look

Important before your appointment

  • Avoid alcohol, caffeine and blood thinners before your appointment

  • Avoid retinol and exfoliating products around the brows

  • Do not wax or tint your brows a few days before

Aftercare essentials

  •  Keep brows dry for 24–48 hours

  • Avoid sweating, sun exposure and swimming during healing

  • Do not pick or scratch the area

  • Follow aftercare instructions provided

Does it hurt?

Most clients experience minimal discomfort.

A numbing cream is used before and during the procedure to keep you comfortable.
